embroiderer, lived near Goulburn (NSW) on a property called Wynella. In about 1907 she worked in partnership with a neighbour, Emily Rose Twynam , to produce five embroidered panels – designed by Twynam and worked by de Lauret – of which three survive. One of these was awarded a prize at the 1907 Women’s Work Exhibition in Melbourne. De Lauret also embroidered her own designs. A Late Pre-Raphaelite subject she had probably copied from a print was also shown in Melbourne. All her known work is held at the former Twynam property, Riversdale, at Goulburn, now owned by the National Trust (NSW).
