Martin Grant b. 1966

  • Designer (Textile Artist / Fashion Designer)
Grant is a fashion designer beginning a career in Melbourne without formal training. He founded a label in Melbourne before studying sculpture at Victorian College of Arts. He left for London in 1990, then Paris in 1992 to revive his label. He has designed for Barney's, New York and Qantas. He was awarded a major retrospective at the National Gallery of Victoria's Ian Potter Center, 2025 supported by an extensive catalogue.
