Pendrill Cyril Blacket was an architect, artist and silhouette maker, active in Sydney after the Great War. He was the son of architect Cyril Blacket and grandson of Edmund Thomas Blacket. During the interwar he was a silhouettist and apriarist as there was no work for architects. The name Pendrill the surname of a teacher his father, Cyril had.
