cartoonist, monogrammed an ink and wash caricature of Sir George Reid climbing a wall on 2 ladders labelled 'yes’ and 'no’, c.1900s (NLA). Sir George Reid’s nickname “Yes-No” referred to his equivocation, as NSW Premier, to the Federation movement (which would date the cartoon to circa 1898).
