British sculptor, had two works in the British Loan Collection shown at the Melbourne Centennial International Exhibition of 1888-89, the marble Young Bull and Herdsman and the bronze St George and the Dragon . Both were lent by the sculptor and were for sale (the latter is now outside State Library of Victoria and other also acquired from the exhibition).
